Click on Tools, Internet Options and change the first box that says Home Page, to whatever you want it to be, or be on that page and click current. Then click Apply and OK at the bottom and you've reset your home page.

Go to the page you want to be your homepage, the go to the top of the window and click on "Tools" and select "Internet Options" from the drop-down menu. A window will pop up and the first section is about the homepage. Just click on the "Use Current" button and select "OK" at the bottom of the window. To check hit the home button on your browser to make sure it's right. REMEMBER to have the page up that you want as your homepage before selecting "Use Current".

Go to start, control panel, internet options;
under "general" tab, you will see the url for your present homepage. Erase it and put in the new one. Make sure your spelling is perfect or you will have NO homepage.
Good luck.
