I asked earlier about the Protective Order because my better half and I got into a fight where I ended up getting the police involved. Well although I was the victim the both of us got arrested for it. In court the next day we were assigned to Family Services. Then the judge put the Protective Order in place which meant that I had to leave my place of dwelling. The judge said that if we wanted to change the status of the order or drop it to let him know. About a month or so later on the day before our next court date my better half invited me back to their place in order to work things out. I had thought that the order was lifted because of being invited and also because Family Services had asked me if I wanted keep the Order in which I said "no" and they told me that anything that I request or say would be told to the court for consideration. I did'nt know, ended up at the house got arrested thanks to a neighbor complaining about my car, and well how serious is this? Jail? Fine?
