It's real easy. Just go to Tools, Internet Options, Privacy tab, Settings button next to Popup Blocker. Where it says “Address of Website to Allow”, type or paste in:
http://games.yahoo.com/
then click Add. Now, you should be able to play.
If you still can't play, you may need to clear out old temporary internet files. Go to Tools, Internet Options, delete Temp Files.
