I think the word "flabbergast" ( to stun or leave speechless) is a pretty funny-sounding word. Old- time comedians used to say that the inherently funniest words always had the letter "K" sound in them. It was funnier to say you were from Topeka or Paducah than from, say, Evanston. "Knickers" always sounds a lot funnier than underwear. To fall on your tookus sp? is funnier than to fall on your behind. What do you think?

Fuddruckers. It is a restaurant. Here in the south it is funny to hear some of us "hillbillies" say it. I took my mother to lunch a few years ago and she told me that she would not even try to tell my father where we ate.
