My computer won't let me launch Yahoo messenger because my LAN settings are incorrect. I also had this problem when I tried to install Itunes. Please help

go to control panel-network connections-highlight the network provided-rt click-properties-tcp/ip-properties and then there check wether the details entered are same as the one given to you by the provider..
if it is the same then, go to internet options and set the privacy level to medium..

its ur firewall. lan is local area network settings. open windows firewall and pick the highest settings that will allow u to run messenger.

You may have your security settings set to high, go to tools, internet options and security and set them lower like to medium..
