I would say that they have an advantage or secret because Im sure they have a manager or someone constantly over their shoulder about what they are eating and how much of it. They probably also have personal trainers, and dieticians, etc. That is their diet secret...

They starve themselves. Haven't you heard? Mary Kate has a eating disorder. Lindsay admitted in Vanity Fair, that she had a eating disorder. Nicole and Hilary just lost weight to fit it more.
