Depending on the nature of your question, but in the Christian realm, first fruit is honoring God with your possessions/offerings at the beginning of your yearly harvest or celebration. With first fruits, you are offering God your "firsts". When you celebrate the first of anything, there should be a "firsts" offering to God. Maybe a day's salary, a weeks salary, or even a month's salary - depending on your income and your devotion to God. As God "blesses" your first fruits, all that you have is now blessed and holy unto HIM.
