5 different models listed for the 307's tell me which model and year and i will give you info

Olds 307?--- If so then if this engine had 3k oil changes all it's life(nowalmart oil!) then plan on a timing gear and chain replacement no later than 110k reguardless of age(in years). Reason- plastic coated cam gear will fly apart at any moment beyond this mileage at any moment - leaving you stranded.

there is no cam belt on a 307.do you mean timing chain?

if you have no idea when it was done last do it now!!!!! or about 55000miles to be safe
