My ex and I seperated years ago. I've been trying to contact him to get an address so I can divorce him but first I have to go thru Child Support enforcement so they can find him. He wont tell me his address, wont pick up his phone, and he gets paid in cash. So he's not using his social security number. I gave them (child support Enforcement) all the info.... full name, last knonw address, ss# and a current photo of him.My question is this, will child Support enforcement be able to locate my ex??

if he is not using his ss # or ddoesnt have a drivers license or any utility bills to his name or any medical problems it would be very difficult****

if you just want to get divorce fill up for divorce papers just put he abandoned you and your kids after i believe is 1 year to 2 a judge would grant you your divorce if they cant find him to sign the papers****

As halfway through my Masters with Criminal Justice and an inspiring PI wanna be, there are several things you can do WITHOUT hiring a PI.

If he has a public phone, do a reverse phone search on anywho.com, swithcboard.com, etc. If not, try googling him. Google.com is pretty good. If not, try zabasearch.com.

You can also get low price gadgets to disguise your voice over the phone. Buy that and call his family as another person and get it.

Support should be able to track him down. Good luck!!!

what state are you in.
In some states they are withholding driving priviledges to those with back child support.
DO you know how much he owes to you.
In some cases if it is flagrant non support (over 5k) a warrant can be issued for his arrest!
GOOD LUCK
p.s. you dont need to find him to divorce him.
Talk to an attorney. YOU can place an add in the paper where he last lived and that should do it.
I can see why you would want to be divorced, he sounds like a complete loser!

Go to the IRS, find out when he last filed and then find out where his last job was. Where does he live, go to all the day labor offices, he may have at one time or another work for them and they keep records. If you know or have an idea where he works, let his boss know that you will report him (IRS) for not having taxes taken out and for paying in cash. That usually gets answers fast and quickly.

Sounds like they would have a difficult time doing so if he isn't paying income taxes. If he has a police record and/or is on probation or parole then they would be able to find him. Also if he has a license it would have his address on it and they may be able to find him through the transportation ministry. Best of luck.

they will possibly be able to find him,,but if he gets paid in cash, then you are going to have a hard time proving he is working to get money,,,but at least you will be able to get rid of him for good.
