a mini skirt is way cute or a long dress and yeah flats or flip flops look best!!

Wear an oversized sweater or a summer dress. If it's winter, put on a long sleeve shirt under the dress. Or just wear a normal skirt with the leggings. Anything works just fine.

SOME BIG TOPS THAT COME DOWN LOWER , JUST ABOUT ANYTHING GOES, EVEN SHORT TOPS WITH A BIG JACKET OR SWEATER OVER ALL OF IT.
