Sure. Are you incorporated or LLC? If so you appoint yourself CEO and Secretary with the State Corporation Commission. Look them up on line for your state or call them to get info.

The Board of Directors has to hire you. (Or fire you)

If you control the majority of the seats in your Board of Directors then you can appoint yourself CEO.

I asume your business is a Corporation.
