I highly doubt Quinn will go first unless Russell doesn't come out. For one of the uninformed gentlemen below, Troy Smith is a senior and will not go before Brady. I honestly think Troy is a better QB all around, but his size is hurting him in the draft.
Go Buckeyes!

Notre Dame played 3 top 25 teams and they stunk up the place against each one due, in large, part to Quinn. I don't see Quinn as even a 1st round pick. He might make a good project QB in the NFL, worthy of a 3rd or 4th round pick. I'd be very surprised if he goes #1 overall like some are saying but there might be some desperate teams out there.

Depends if Russell comes out. If he comes out, I don't believe Quinn goes first.
I still think the Raiders don't take a QB, either taking Adrian Peterson or trading down to get some more picks and shore up their woeful offensive line. Detroit probably will go QB (they could have had Leinart last year), but I'd take Russell over Quinn any day.

Drafted 1st yes, best QB nope. Didn't win a bowl game, didn't beat USC, kept losing against top 10 teams. Look at what we won. I wouldn't want him. I think they said 2-8 against top 10 or some pathetic record. He is a pretty boy who will drop fast from the NFL if he doesn't start beating REAL talent. Nothing against the Service Acamedies, but they aren't top talent or there to try and make the NFL. Fine USC stole the 2005 game and cheated to win. He still low stock.

i imagine it would want to be a huge mistake because Ben Roth can play...He merely hit his "rookie wall" later than maximum QBs. fortunately, it change into after a superb Bowl ring. Brady Quinn has upside, yet not sufficient to warrant trading up. The Steelers might want to stay in a "win now" mode and may want to win the SB next season without doing something outlandish. Use whatcha' were given, and Get whatcha' desire...enable's commence on the different hand!!!

Anybody who watched that game could see the striking truth that the opposing QB, Damarcus Russell, was the far better prospect and player.
Russell throws some serious heat. Strongest college arm since Bledsoe at Washington ST. in 1992.

NOT LIKELY!!! Quinn is not an NFL caliber QB. He is hardly a NCAA caliber QB. He played at a crappy football school, never won a bowl, never won a big game, played weak schedules every year he started, need I say more?

I realy hope he is, just because I have become a Russell fan and I would hate for Jemarcus Russell to go to the death trap that is the Raiders, but Russell showed himself to be the most talented...however he also hasnt announced if he will stay or go

I expect that he will and also be a miserable failure as an NFL QB. He'll be picking peaches before he's 30.
