My mom always made a giblet stuffing. She would cook the giblets in small amount of water w/ poultry seasoning until fully cooked. Remove bones and cut-up meat. Add meat to croutons or cubed bread w/ raisins, chopped apples, chopped celery and combination of rosemary, thyme and sage. Add enough broth to moisten but not to soggy. Bake in casserole dish approximately 1 hour.
