Most people I know slur the second bur sound so it sounds like Bur-bree.

I'm a Brit and I say Bur-bri.
But then Beauchamp Place in Knightsbridge (near the Burberry store) is pronounced Beecham and Belvoir in Northern Ireland is pronouced Beever. I hand tons more but I've already bored myself.
