No, they do not; at least not legally. Many natural energy pills used to contain Ephedra for energy. Some people used the herb Ephedra and Ephedrine to make methamphetamine. So now people can no longer buy Ephedra ( at least in the US ) for legitimate uses like weight loss and asthma, and almost all the "energizers" on the market are caffeine based.

If you are talking about Methamphetamines (like Crystal Meth), then the answer is NO. But, they do often contain many uppers in various form that can potentially be just as bad for you.
