I don't think like that constantly but i do think about my response, actions and possible ways to escape should someone decide to attack me in the darkness....I like to be aware of my surroundings when 'out and about' especially when it is dark and I'm walking out alone. I don't think this is paranoia, more street wise...In the 'age' we live in it is not uncommon to be attacked without provocation so being aware of your surroundings and taking a minute to think of these things may be a life saver one day

haha i guess your a bit paranoid. I get that about certain things, i sometimes worry about fires, but only at night. I'm too scared to walk alone, when it sorta dark! So i guess i get some of them feelings. Don't worry about fires, in the daytime, because as long as you got a fire alarm, you've got quite a long time to get out of your house, think of good things like that so your only worrying about a few things!

I think like that sometomes. Its not good to think like that all the time because you can become paranoid and nervous. Just do stuff like take a defense class so you won't have to think about what you would if you were attcked. And put a fire extinuigsher in your room so you want have to think about those things.

You describing a tendency towards obsessive/compulsive thinking as well as anxiety. You should see a mental health professional. There's really no need for toting around such mental stress.
