NY CACTUS SEEMS TO BE MOLDING AND I DONT KNOW WHY?

It could be any number of things. There is a lot of information available on the internet. A Yahoo search for "cactus care" (include the quotation marks in the Yahoo search box) yields 33,100 results. If you do the same search, and are willing to spend a little time exploring, I'm sure that you will quickly find lots of useful and interesting information.

it is probably too wet - tyr reducing the amount of water you give it, or keeping it in a spot with less condensation - most cacti only need feeding in their growing period too, so you might want to find out when this is.
