Please share with me your ghost experiences or fearful moments associated with ghosts and spirits

When I was small I saw a ghost in my room during the night, I ran away and it was gone. Of course it could have been a eye trick.
To sherichan...: That happened to me the other day! Sleep Paralysis or something. It was creepy I couldn't speak or move a inch, and I was seeing bugs creeping along my bed, it was obviously a dream thought.

for many years i was having these horrifying instances where i thought i was seeing a ghost or spirit in a room with me while i was in bed...i would become paralyzed and couldnt scream...come to find out its a sleeping disorder called Sleep Paralysis....
i actually just had something odd happen to me about a month ago...i was just getting into bed and had my 4 year old with me...all the sudden, the air got so thick and i heard this weird rumble, not like thunder or a car passing by, coming from the back of the house and i was hearing it move toward me...as soon as it got to me in the room i was in, i couldnt breathe or anything...freaked me out!!! i cant say what it was but it felt like a presence was there trying to tell me something

I had a full, head-on and frightening encounter with Shadow People and hope it is never repeated. I also had a visit in my home from a lovely, glowing entity with long flowing dark hair and in shining pink robes...He or she (a very androgynous creature) was either very tall or was elevated above the floor; this was awe inspiring and not a bit frightening. Most often, however, I usually only see our spiritual visitors in my periphery vision, but they are most definitely there and usually just observers themselves.

Well seeing is beleiving.......
There has been alot of peole die in our house (dont ask)
but i cant explain one time there has been so many ever since i was about 6 or 7.....i remember i have seen people crawling and an old man standing at the head of my bed.....

everything what u kno is because someone had told u about that,,
similarly,,if someone tells me that ghosts r real,,i would think that they r really there,,
i was in india,,and there was a cave like,,me and my 2 frnds went in there,,curious to know whats inside,,and to ou horror,,we saw skeleton inside,,(of course we had torch with us),,and then a strange sound came and the skeleton;s bone moved,,s we ran out,,and told everything to my frnd's grand father,,he explained to us,,that it was the wind and nothing else,,because the wind was in full force,,the sound was produced and so the bone moved,,
this is my true experience,,
