I would say "aitch". It makes a difference to some others, and those others might make a difference to you.
(As unfortunate as that sounds).

I say "haitch". What people call the letter is just an accent/regional thing in my opinion. Doesn't bother me if people say "aitch" though, so why the slagging? It's like tomahto/tomayto (tomato)

I will say haitch more often than aitch, and phonetically I will pronounce it 'huh'.
