If you mean software that let's you spy on other users' activities, then yes - two examples are Golden Eye and AceSpy

Any computer running Windows is vulnerable to spyware infestation, whether it's a laptop or desktop.
A lot of malicious sites and popup ads do something called a "drive by download" in which simply clicking on that ad, or going to a certain site will result in a stealthy download of malicious software.

www.trendmicro.com has a free spyware check called "housecall" that you may want to check out.

Also try lavasoft's AdAware, and another utility called Spybot - they're both free, and quite effective at detecting and eliminating spyware.

You can put SPYWARE on any computer, but why would you want to?
If you mean an ANTISPYWARE program, then the answer is yes.
