I work beside this almost 19 year old girl, when she eats she chews her food and then if it does not appeal to HER tastes she disposes it into her office bin. Now she is complaining that her garbage "smells"

To those people...you need to be completely blunt about what you dont like about her. Also if other co workers agree with you on the annoying stuff about her do an intervention and tell her what u guys dont like about her. Do what its called a compliment sandwich...tell her something good (about her) then the bad...then make it sweet and end with good
