I really very highly doubt it. No celebrity makes their email address or id known because their inbox would be flooded with emails, to say the least. In fact, I'd say it's impossible to get it and I don't blame them.

well celebrities mostly don't have time to make email addresses and maintain them. But even if they do, they don't let them be known to public. I suggest you go to their official websites and contact them from there...
