if its yours? then just type in the supliers name, such as yahoo and when get to there web site just log in with your account name and password. then you will have access.

If you're on Rogers or Shaw, you can keep getting email that comes to your account by using their Webmail service. It's pretty easy; look it up on their website.

Lots of people now use gmail (Google mail), and of course even more have used hotmail. Once set up, they're easier to use than the Rogers/Shaw option.
