You could just uproot to anywhere in the EU with no issues. You would have a language barrier, but in your line of work it probably wouldn't matter that much. When choosing where to go, bear in mind that some languages are easier to learn than others. Also many Europeans speak English anyway.

Or, you could get a one-year visa to go to Australia, New Zealand or Canada - check out the websites of their embassies for further details. The culture is very similar to here and you could just head over there and start applying for jobs in exactly the same way you would do in the UK. There are a number of conditions attached to these visas, such as age restrictions, but you are usually not limited with regard to what kind of work you take on when you get there.

However, what I would really recommend is that you try something totally different. If you do something that you're not experienced in you could potentially earn less. But, it's a great way to experience other cultures. For example, I used to work at summer camps in the USA which pay very little but it's a great way of participating in something that is uniquely American. So you could do that, or there are volunteer programs all over South America, Africa and Asia where you could go and do all manner of different things.

So, it all depends on whether your focus is simply relocating but continuing with your current career, or whether your focus is travelling. I don't know how old you are or whether you have family responsibilities but I'd go for just travelling if that's an option!
