Only if their raised in a racist home.

Actually, the idea that "designer" babies will somehow produce the outcome we want is just a pipe dream. Who doesn't want to be the father or mother of the smartest, tallest, strongest, hippest, coolest, most talented kid in school?

You could spend millions of dollars to "design" your baby, and still end up with a klutz, or a social misfit. A mishap in the womb, or an accident on the way home from the hospital, and all of a sudden your "designer" genious is operating at reduced capacity.

Better a kid with all the flaws of normal genetic breeding who can survive their first boo-boo and bout of flu than one who may have some achilles heel only to be discovered years down the road.
