If i have a professional install helicoil in my spark plug cylinder wont the spark plug come out with the helicoil if i ever need to take it out?

The insert can be installed with loc-tite or similar thread locker to reduce the chance of this happening. It may still happen, be sure not to over tighten the plug, use anti seize compound to prevent binding. If you're going to remove the plug often you may want to swing by Harbor Freight or a similar tool/hardware store and p/u extra inserts and the installation tool ,it's sort of like a screw driver. That way if you accidentally pull it out you are prepared. .

No. The helicoil will bond with the aluminum head much better than with the steel plug.

the helicoil uses a self locking thread and a special tool,i have not seen one back out on its own yet

no the heli-coil is not supposed to come out with the plug. its supposed to be drilled, and tapped, with the helicoil going down the tapped hole.

I hate helicoil....

If You love your car plan ,in advance, to remove replace the cylinder head.

It may, however, if it does it will no longer be under any torque pressures and it can easily be removed from the plug and reinstalled in the block.
