Not at all, if indeed you and afford and have room to store them. And agreed, there are some VERY wicked bargains right now.
Buyying along the way takes the edge off last minute panic shopping when Christmas season actually begins again!

I cant hold on to something that long. I will either give it away too soon, or forget where I put it. I am a last minute shopper I guess for Christmas. However I am lovin the great sales on everything. Just doing shopping in general.

Not really - some people DO start their Christmas shopping in the January sales. I've heard of this myself, so no, you're not sad.

Well Zen: you'd dont have to be sad at all because presents
are part of joy towards others and your parents support with great
ness talk with them personly .Also try real bargans at local

I think that is sad and not in the spirit of Christmas. Bet like tempting fate isn't it? Who knows what's around the corner? What did you buy me?

How do you know what they want so far in advance? They might just buy it themselves during the year and then your gift is wasted. Plus many things go out of fashion or out of date. I have never done this, but each to his/her own!!

I do that for people I won't see on Christmas day or near that time.

They never know the difference and I keep my wallet nice and thick.
