It seems everyone with a problem wants to change a fuel pump or a fuel filter. I know fuel pumps and filters must last longer than what it appears. If you would only post a problem maybe we could come up with a correct solution. If you have tested the pump pressure and are sure that is the problem then change it. NEVER replace ANY part till you know the problem.

peugeot imobilisers normally still let engine turn over just dont let the engine fire up double check the engine earth strap quick check is take a set of jump leads put the neg lead too the negative terminal of the battery then take the other end of the same lead and put on too a good engine earth point altenator casing or mount usually a good place any sparks are usually an indication its an earth problem then try starting if it turns over then you need too find the earth strap clean and refit
