I don't know. If you think about it, many of us believe we return to a spirit existence when we die. I would think that a spirit existence would either not really have sight or it would sense in another and equally effective way. And while the blind person can hear and touch (more accutely often times), you could apply the same logic to those senses as well. I mean some people think we come here for the senses (taste and touch, etc. - they can be so thrilling) but maybe some come for another purpose and don't want the distraction. You really have to walk a mile in someone elses shoes to really understand the different perspectives in this physical existence.
Peace!

The wonderful mentors and teachers of our world try
and some of the blessed leaders can say yes. Today I offer
an encouraging note. In the file of the Holy temple, in 5 fast
and forgotten though impressive days, over 35,000 blind were
granted sight through the latest satellite enhancer vibrations of
a most blessed prayer from heaven. This may again happen.
This delicate thing our sight is so overly enhanced with the tv,
movies, metros, and new invented space it is a duty of the
intelligent to lead this safely. Good of you to enter this prayer.
Have a most happy, fun, koolaid new year of 2007 for you and
your families and friends. http://www.beliefnet.com

I think born blind people could dream of sound and touch and feel for one day. Those senses in them are strong to compensate for the lackof the sense of sight and therefore would crossover to their subconcious.

they could. i mean they can even dream of other things beyond us. of course thye won't have dreams about ummmm.....johnny depp or sumthin, cuz they haven't seen wat we have so they're brain doesn't have that reference or input. but ofcourse they can smell an touch so mayb they can dream abt that 2. u never no.
but of course i think the best way around this problem is to ask a blind person (an actual blind person) if they dream or not :)

Not necessarily, they are ignorant to those sensations and have never experienced them. If they don't know what those experiences are like, how would they know what to expect or how they actually feel to encounter?
Ignorance is bliss.
