Why am I always told this? I have high standards and refuse to settle down for just about any thing what's is wrong with that?

My friend is a taurus...she has high standards but very hard working. she believes in herself a lot...it's not ********* at all...she is my motivation b/c she won't settle for less which is understandable.
she has a very high level of optimism and hardly has any negativity.
And when i feel down or tell her i'm frustrated b/c life is not going well for me, she is there to really pick me up and tell me that something better will come along.
So don't change how or who you are....you are great!

I am also a Taurus, and proud. Taureens have a lot of good qualities. I don't think that since you have high standards it makes you hard to please. Stick to your standards, in the end that will lead you to the life you want, not what others want for you. There is nothing wrong with wanting to be happy. Maybe other people should stay true to themselves and everyone would be much happier in their own skin.

I wouldn't say that Taurus women are hard to please, they just have higher standards than most and are bull-headed enough to stand their ground. There's really nothing wrong with that, depending on what you have high standards on. Here's the spectrum of extremes. If you have high standards for a mate, awesome! If you have high standards on the bottled water you're looking for... for cryin' out loud! It's just water! Grab a bottle and get on your way! Know what I'm saying?

"hard to please" is being misused by whoever is saying it...
Your probably not hard to please... if someone meets all your standards or excedes them youd be completely satisfied.... RIGHT??? lol... if the answer is no, then yes you are kind of difficult.
Never settle! get what you want and need, thats that.
Im not sure about "hard to please" in personal experience... its really never been the case. You are who you are, stick to your unique standards and it will eventually settle the way you make it settle.
