I want to know wich female artist has the best voice, best vocal skills, and not dancing or scene presentation.

Christina Aguilera,beyond any competition. The one arguably better is from the old ones, Mariah Carey, but she hasn't done any singing in ages, just stupid rap junk. The remote second is Shakira who really can sing, too, just ain't as powerful as C.A.

My favorite female singers are Missy Higgins, Holly Brook, and Vienna Teng. Out of the three I'm thinking Vienna Teng has the 'best' vocals but their styles are all different so it's hard to say.
