Black absorbs light, that is why you see no color to it. Black is the absence of color. Therefore, when light shines on it, the colors are absorbed, not reflected.

White, on the other hand, is a spectrum of all the colors in light. White objects appear white because the object is reflecting all of the light's colors back to your eye.

Therefore, Black absorbs the most light and will tend to heat up an object.

Black absorbs rather than reflects all light (that's why you "see" it as having no color.) It will tend to heat up as it absorbs the light wavelengths. In fact, that works so well that when I've worked at archeology field camps out West we could take showers every day by leaving black plastic water bags out in the sun all afternoon -- by dinner time the water was always steaming hot. White tends to reflect most lower wavelength light -- that's why lighter-colored clothing will tend to keep you cooler. White does not actually "cool" anything, just helps to shield it from heating up in the presence of incoming light radiation.

Obviously, it is black since it absorbs most of the radiations, whether in form of heat or light, because, the colour black means the object has no colour (owing to its inability to reflect any frequency) and a colourless object cannot reflect any frequency (which means colour, again) and thus absorbs all sorts of radiations.

Black absorbs more light and more heat.

If you wear loose black robes, the hot air may rise and colder air could come in from near the ground giving a cooling effect. Maybe.

Are you serious? Do this take something that is black and something white put it out in the sun and check it ten mins later! Which is warmer! That will answer your question and you will be doing a little science project!
