They just beat No. 16 Oregon last night and are 12-4 overall. Shouldn't they be ranked by now???

They're close. Right now, Jeff Sagarin (url pasted below) gives them a composite rating of 83.24. By contrast, the bottom of the top 25 team have ratings around 84 - 85.
Beating #17 Oregon yesterday should be enough to push them into the top 25 come this Monday...IF (big IF!) they beat Oregon State tomorrow. That'll be a tough game, but if they win they'll be ranked for sure. Much tougher game next week when they play #1 UCLA at home.
Win that game and they'll be a top ten team next week.

No once they get 15 wins they will be ranked though.

it don't matter; rankings mean nothing in college BB. they'll make the tourney and win a game or 2.
