Let me try...

Sqamous epithelium = lining of the mouth
cuboidal epithelium = kidneys (the tubules)
columnar epithelium = lining of inner walls of intestine
pseudostratified epithelium = lining of the trachea
compound epithelium = skin
neurons = brain/nerves
synapses and motor end plate = nerves
cartilage = joints
bone = duh.. the skeleton
skeletal muscle = legs
visceral muscle = intestine
cardiac muscle = heart
