I think some people are more emotional than others, I find it perfectly normal because I do the same even while reading a book..I would say "We", you and I are those who feel words more than just hearing them...And "weak" wouldn't be the words on my lips rather POWER....

The antidepressants can assist, inspite of the indisputable fact that it sounds like they're on the incorrect dosage element. or you're merely starting up to take them. I easily have melancholy and that i'm getting a roller coaster result after I commence on a sparkling drugs. It takes time for it to achieve the right degrees on your blood, etc, (the flamboyant be conscious for it truly is "healing element"). What takes position is you're taking the drugs and the degrees are great and extreme because you actually took it, yet because the day is going on the point drops and also you get depressed all of sudden. even as this happens it has a tendency to slam you into the floor. i understand because it takes position to me even as i favor to change drugs. you keep taking it and finally there is sufficient of it on your device to very last for a lengthy time period. ... once you've been taking it for a month or extra, then the priority might want to be the dosage isn't extreme sufficient. So i might want to ask your psychiatrist about the degrees you're on and in case you want to bypass as a lot as a larger dosage. you may want to even favor to change to a special med. I went by prozac and zoloft earlier picking a mixture of lexapro and wellbutrin because the perfect for me. and clearly do not end your existence that extremely received't help. you're literally not ineffective and many folk like you. If I didnt like you I wouldnt end what i'm doing and write now might want to I? you'd be ok as troublesome because it truly is to have self assurance. I easily were interior a similar hollow you're in today extra cases than i can count number. for sure i'm older than you're and that i have realized some skills for dealing with my melancholy. i imagine it truly is what human beings recommend even as they say with time it receives extra effective -- you slowly a thanks to administration. yet once you're youthful this is not really basic because you havent discovered a thanks to attend to the melancholy yet. If i can live to tell the tale with it -- and each of the thousands and thousands of others with melancholy, OCD, etc -- you may even. merely hang in and keep transferring. -- Mark.

I dont feel its a weakness. I do feel Im oversensitive sometimes though . My father never cried or got emotional unless he was feeling sorry for himself! If I have not seen someone for a long time like my brother I get emotional when I see him !

ur not alone. when i hear "My Immortal" by Evanescence, i cry. It's not a sign of weakness. It's a sign of sensitivity. Only those with insecurity would consider it a weakness.

God no. Its proven that if you cry because of a book or something you will remember the plot better. Loads of people cry because of movies and such, because they can relate.
Its completely normal xxx

not at all. wat it does make you is human. it shows that you have a heart and a soul filled with emotions and feelings. it shows that you have lived a life in which u can realte to other people. it makes you part of a community. they have a story to share, and u have one to share right back. crying doesnt make you any weaker, but stronger knowing that you arent afraid to accept your feelings and show them.
