Hi :) I'm a work at home mom...I have a home based business as a designer with Latasia jewelry and love it! The company has been in business for over 15 years and is a member of the DSA. The job is fun, easy and the money is great. I'm not sure what kind of interests you have but it may be an option for you to consider. I'd be happy to send you some info if you'd like and can help you get started for free. I don't want to to break any of the yahoo rules, so if you're intereseted in hearing more, my contact info is on my profile. Good luck! Kim

Beware of all the answers before. I looked into this a couple years ago, and most everything resembles a pyramid scheme. You're going to end up sending out e-mails to everyone you know to try and get them to buy whatever you're selling. In order for you to really make money, you have to get people to sign up under you. Think Amway. (They changed their name a few years ago.) If you're interested in a home-based business, think about what you actually like to do, and do some research. I sell Gold Canyon Candles through home parties, and love it. My sister does Pampered Chef. Her kids love helping her try out all the recipes for the parties. The Body Shop now does home parties. Yes, these all take time, most parties are at night or on weekends, but you can do as much or as little as you want. I also have several friends that do medical transcriptions. The course didn't take that long or cost that much, and they were able to do it while their kids were napping. Just make sure you investigate each offer THOROUGHLY so you're not stuck in something that makes you uncomfortable.

Hello! I was always looking for a work at home opportunity because I travel with my husband. I have finally found a great one, after searching thru a ton of scams! Anyway, it is FREE to join, which is always good. If anyone asks you to pay to earn money then there is something wrong with that picture! Anyway, check it out. You earn money back when you shop on places online, like eBay (everyone shops online these days) - AND the best part - You earn money when you refer people to shop. Just click the link below and check it out - it really is the best thing that has ever happened to me. It's the Real Deal!

P.S. You can have your kids help you buy referring their friends parents and teachers. Anyone would want to do this! :)
