I'd simply ignore such a rude and ignorant person.
I don't associate with people who are so mean spirited.

Sometimes there are just no words for an ignorant person. Depending on the age of the both of you, and under what circumstances the insults are taking place, legal action may be necessary. Your attorney will decide whether that individual is committing defamation of character or slander. In which case, if you are a young teenager under 18 it may be necessary to get your parents involved as well. If you do decide to pursue legal action, witnesses may be necessary and notes taken in order for your attorney to determine if legal action is necessary at all. In the process of building your case against this person, don't allow him to upset you to the point of doing or saying anything that you may regret later. You can also call him an arsehoole and then kick him in the nuts!

If you go to school with this person I would find a really imbarrising secret about them, and secretly post flyers or an add in the local newspaper, just don't get caught and you cant get the blame, It may not stop them being mean but it will hurt them and it will make you feel good. If not Just smash them, infront of all their friend, If it's a girl make sure you have back up in case friends try to defend her

Don't show them that they affect you with their words. Don't let their words affect you. Ignore them. You want to be superior to them in your behaviour so don't give them the satisfaction of seeing you descend to their level by being mean-spirited and vulgar.

As long as you let him see that he's hurting you, he will continue.
Better to look at him as if he is REALLY boring, say whatever and leave or go back to talking to someone else as if he is not there.

Kind yet harsh?!?!?? Tell them to get the f*** out of your life, and MEAN IT.
Also you can call them IGNORANT.
Or even "You are an IGNORAMUS."
Or a "CLOSE-MINDED, JUDGEMENTAL IGNORAMUS."
