I run a small courier company and have 12 vehicles. I would like to find a template for a good maintenance sheet that would calculate service and maintenance costs by the month and quarter. Would like it to include Date of service, Vendor, Mileage, Etc. Does this exist? I can't find it on microsofts site.

You could make one pretty easily. That way it would include all the features you want. I would put the date, month, quarter, truck ID, vendor, mileage, cost and everything else across the top, fill in the information below, and select the top row and choose Data... Filter... Autofilter. This way, when you want to see information for just one truck, you can use the drop down to select that truck.

To calculate the monthly and quarterly costs, I would put two more columns on the far right. You could use a formula with an if statement to add up all the costs from a single month and again for a single quarter.

Hope that helps!
