Time started at 0 when the universe was formed, and depending on if and how the universe ends, it is hard to say if or when time will end.

Time and three dimensional space came into being spontaneously - i.e. time did not exist prior to the big bang. The concept of time is meaningless if energy and matter (and the actions and reactions which accompany them) are not present.

When time started there was no time yet so this question can't be answered. If there is eternity, it must not have a beginning.

But....
if you go for the logical numerical sequence, time started from zero, or one..

time started long before we could tell time. we went by the moon and the sun. but i suppose if you are talking about the begining of time, then it starts at 0 and goes by days. or at least thats how i would count it.
