Hello,

For years, I have been working in my dad's company assisting in his projects. But without a specific position or salary, does it still counts as work experience?

If so, how can I put it into my resume?

Thank you~

When it comes to listing your working experience in a resume, it's all about HOW you do it, how you change certain items, words to make it appear ok.
It doesn't matter you weren't actually hired at your dad's company, the work is still considered part of your experience.

Here, have these two sources consulted:

Do you see what I mean by changing things and terms? You have to take your time and list all your duties and positions and give them an appropriate name, in order to be considered valuable (see the "secretary" example).

Good luck!

Just list your Dad's company. And come up with a title such as: Special Projects Assistant. Then describe your duties and responsibilities.

You definately have experience. Take the time to write down the various postions you've held - descriptions of what you did and then list them in your resume.
