How can you delete files from a shared disk that is "read only"?

I can save files on this shared disk, but i can't delete them or change them. If delete them, and refresh the folder, they pop up again. It appears as if the file is "read only" but it is not marked like that in properties.

You can only do that if you have admin privledges on your logon account.
