because they feel less than perfect, some think that surgery is a shortcut and will help them skip exercise / diet( it isn't a susbsitute). some to stay youthful or to keep their spouses from seeing other women. some cannot accept their features, or have deformities from accidents or disease or need it for medical reasons. it is dangerous , painful and time consuming, it may also make a woman look worse so a woman or man ( because men do it as wel) should research it well and think about it beforegoing ahead and changing their features unless it is medically indicatd or a deformity like a birth defect or from accidents such as burns.

Many females feel self conscience about the way they look. many females don't recieve the love they need, any feel rejected, and lonely and some don't get compliments like some do. All these things cause women to feel ugly and self conscience about the way they look. They don't realize that God made them in his image therefore they are beautiful. Some females don't know God So they wouldn't really know such a thing. But the reality is that no matter what you look like you are beautiful because God made you.
