Yeah, the earth technically doesn't weigh anything, because WEIGHT is measured by the amount of gravitational force the earth exerts on an object. The earth can not gravitationally affect itself, so it can't by definition weigh anything.
Mass is the amount of matter that is contained in any given object, however, and the earth has an approximate mass of 6x10^24 kg, or 1.32x10^25 pounds.

Some of the answers are correct, but not exactly for the correct reason. The answer to the question is...Nothing! Remember, the earth is in Free Fall around the sun, so it weighs, like any satellite, nothing. It's mass is very large, however, and is given in some of the other answers. The sun weighs nothing, too, it is in Free Fall about the galactic center.

It doesn't "weigh" anything -- weight implies having someplace to stand and put a scale so you can weigh something, and then the weight is dependent on the gravity of the place you're standing. We can't stand anywhere and weigh the earth :)
Mass is a measurement of the amount of the matter in an object that's independent of gravity, and independent of how much something would weigh in different places. We can (and have) measured the earth's mass:
5.96 x 10 to the 24th power kilograms.

It is of the order of 10*24 kg.PROOF:The earth is assumed to be a sphere of radius R with mass M. An object of mass m is placed on the earth's surface. Gravitational force between earth and object:
mg=GMm/R^2
M=gR^2/G
=10*(6.4*10^6)^2/(6.67*10^-11)
=6.14*10^24 kg (to 3s.f) :)
