She is what the office calls the "GOSSIP QUEEN" stay far away from this person and you will have nothing to worry about. She is the the person always coming up to you and running there mouth about everyone else in the company, but guess what??? The minute she leaves your presence and goes up to another person guess who she is talking about? That's right you, unfortunately this person has good people skills and interviews well and that's how they got in the door in the first place. She is probably a worthless employee who gossips to everyone all day and you will probably have to end up assisting her with work related issues, because she is there just to yap her mouth just like she did in high school and coasted through that as well!

Most companies won't get rid of them for the simple fact of they know everyone and communicate well. It is better for them to keep this chatter box and Melrose Place gossip queen employed then risk them filing for Unemployment or the headache of a weak lawsuit! These people are a plague to office environments and I hate them.

Here is the remedy, every time she asks you a question write it down in front of her, so she sees what you are doing. Then in an hour, turn your head to her and say excuse I have some personal questions I was inquiring about and you won't have to worry about her yapping at you much longer.

Sounds to me like she's over stepping some bounds. You may try telling her "I don't want to discuss that" or "That is personal and I do not want to discuss it". She may be the type of girl who will go out with a guy only if he makes a certain amount of money and or owns a home...You may want to be ware of her. If she still persists, you may want to mention it to your supervisor....
