Try rolling back your driver. Right click "My Computer", select "Properties". Then, choose the "Hardware" tab, select "Device Manager", and "Display Adapter('s). Expand Display Adapters, and highlight your 7800 card. Right click it, choose "Properties", then select "Roll Back Driver". This will cause your computer to use an older version of the driver which should work with Medal of Honor. As an aside; if you AREN'T having problems with your graphics, or there is no additional functionality involved in a new driver, there is no reason to upgrade, and it MAY cause problems such as you are experiencing.
Have a great weekend!

This link for the driver (v91.33) was updated on 15 Nov 2006. It's for Windows 2000 and Windows XP.

The second link gives a list of earlier versions if that one doesn't work.

As an afterthought, have you been to the site of the manufacturer of your game to see if there are any patches that need to be installed?

Yes, as the above said, go to the Nvidia site and either manually type in your Graphics card or there is a program to automatically search your computer for the card type and once found it will offer you the latest drivers for your card.

If you're a big gamer, you may want to upgrade your video card / graphics accelerator to one with larger memory on the board itself. Or depending on what the game is doing ie: stuttering, or freezing on and off, you may not have enough RAM in your PC to run those games and they are "bouncing off the RAM". Windows allocates the Ram used and with the newer versions of windows like XP, they are RAM hogs to begin with. Hope this was some help.

Sir, if i was you i would download the earlier version of the driver. Click on this link : http://www.nvidia.com/object/winxp_2k_91.47.html to download 91.47

I have experienced the same problems and by downgrading it solved my problems when playing games such as cod and bf2
