STAR TREK, hands down...
Wars only had one partly built death star, Trek had thousands of starships, and with the other stuff like the pervious writer said, like the transporters, Trek would have no problems beaming vader into space over mugs of romulan

Depends on the numbers. If the number are about the same Star Trek but if "number of ships" is more consitant with battles for the movies, then Star Wars brings many more ships and ends up beating Star Trek by plain attrition.

I would say the Star Trek universe, because of Q, and the Q-Continuum's god-like powers. One of them could just snap their fingers and end the war.

The Federation would have the element of surprise with Transporter Technology and The Cloaking Device.
However Darth Vader did have that Telepathy Choke Hold thing.
Then again, the Federation could just keep sending in more Red Shirts to take one for the team.
