Any online programs (that dont require installation) similar to Photoshop?

I'm not the administrator, and the admin. forgot his password so no programs can be installed. I need to work on some 2D CG asap. A program like this sounds unlikely but it's worth asking.

Try http://www.picasa.com. It's not exactly Photoshop but it will handle basic editing.

Not yet, but I've been thinking that something like that would be good for adobe, that way they wouldn't have to bother with licenses. It would just be by subscription. Als you'd never have to worry about upgrading.
