Find some sources of very cheap goods, such as closing-down sales, charity stores, etc, then sell them on eBay.
You can also sell services on eBay, in their 'speciality services' category. See what services other poeple are offering, for ideas.
It could be an online or offline service based on your hobbies, interests, knowledge of computers/internet or job skills.
You might offer a service doing something to documents / photos/ music/ video files that people email to you. You can join paypal to accept payments.
You only need to be better than ordinary poeple at one or two tasks, not every computer-skill. Lots of people can't be bothered to learn a task, such as digitally restroring old photos with scratches and tears, colorizing B&W photos, creating a video slideshow from their photos, or advanced searching for info on the net, and would prefer to pay someone to do it for them.
The good thing about a service is that you don't need cash to buy stock, you don't need a source of cheap goods and you can't get stuck with unsold goods.
If you sell a lot on eBay, don't forget to declare it for tax. The tax people have data from eBay on the sellers. Ask on here if anyone has experience of this for wherever you live.
If you get several ideas for making money, remember that its better to have multiple sources of income, to increase your income and reduce the risk of no income. They are not either/or ideas, you can do several things each day.
