Is it just me or are soaps these days just being repetative and boring. stupid story lines like Frankie and Jamie in Corrie. Also i dont think anyone can be as gullable as Claire from Corie either.

I agree!!!!! Claire was actually pretty cool when she 1st came into Corrie but now they have turned her into a hybrid of Deidre and Blanche!!! Proper nosey neighbour.........i would hate to live next door to her!!! Emmerdale can be worse sometimes considering there's about 20 houses!!! Who killed who and in every soap someone is having an affair!!!!

I love Coronation Street, but I have to agree with you over the Frankie and Jamie storyline. It's ridiculous.
I can't stand Eastenders either - their storylines are awful, and all the female characters are treated really badly.
Lovin' Tracy Barlow though - what a cow!! Charlie'll get his comeuppance

They all appear to follow a similar story line eventually, well that is what i started believing about 5 years ago, so i don't bother with either of them now. I believe all they do is wind one up, my wife used to shout and scream at the telly saying things like we are not watching this next week etc. So finally we didn't. Happy new year.

Yes I sometimes wonder why we watch, habit I suppose ! I also don't like the way they try to 'out-sensationalise' each other, like Tracy killing Charlie and lo and behold there's going to be a murder in Eastenders too ! Also how stupid do the writers think the public are ? the way Tracy smiles at the camera like a panto villian !

I find with soaps I am turning into my parents and they are right. You could not watch any of them for 6 months, turn it on and pick up from where you left off. The storylines aren't real. i am waiting for the dream sequence in the shower or the alien abduction in weatherfield/walford to top it off!

a million. OLTL- Stacy toddler drama 2. OLTL- Cole being a warm head 3. accepted well being middle- Taking always to inform Dante paternity. 4. OLTL- Tea and undesirable Eli tale thats to really ones i can imagine on the suitable or my head.
