Bowling and pregnancy?

Is it OK to bowl while you are pregnant? I am 15 weeks.

I went bowling about a month before I had my baby and she came out perfectly fine. I even won all the games we played. Only advice is be careful as you get bigger cause you're balance will be seriously off.

I have bowled regularly on a league for years. I have had 4 babies and bowled throughout my pregnancy with all of them. If you don't usually bowl, then you will want to take it easy especially since your body is a little off center with a growing belly. I think about the worst thing that can happen is if you fall and hurt yourself. I can't think of any danger to the baby. My doctor said that whatever activities I normally did I could keep doing until I became uncomfortable.

I bowled with my second pregnancy up until I had him. It made me sore and tired and I could usually only bowl 1 or 2 games but no harm done. Just be careul because you balance is off and the lanes are superslick so make SURE you do not get too close to them, if you fell it could be very bad! Above all just be very careful and have fun. My favorite past time when am pregnant is bowling. I have bowledmore when i am pregnant than at any other time in my life and my son was born healthy and no complications with this one so far.

I went bowling at 35 weeks. I didnt go into labor or die. But i was super sore the next day. I think at 15 weeks it should be fine. You deff wont be as sore as i was.

I bowled when I was pregnant with my third baby , only thing it did was make me tired.
